DOWN BY 10% +.Located in a small hamlet just 2 Km by good road from the village of Chilluevar.

The house has two levels and is built against a hill. The entrance is on the top level. The house has a small inbuilt garage.

To the front of the house there is a patio. Behind the frontdoor there is a small hall. Through that hall you enter, again through doors, a corridor of about 130 cm wide and 650 cm long. In the kitchen itself a ceramic boilingring and a cooking-range plus several cupboards. The kitchen is completely equipped, so including pots and pans, cutlery and so on.

Bathroom: toilet, washingstand with mirror and light, shower with thermostatic tap and an almost new Zanussi washingmachine

Downstairs: 3 singlebeds with mattresses, a second (old) washingmachine (in use), different material for the swimmingpool and tools for the garden.

Lower Terrace: A table and four chairs. Two sunbeds. On this terrace is a tap with a clock which makes it possible to water the garden automatically; in the garden a sprinklingsystem is installed.

On the first floor the house is central heated (oil). The kettle (which also provides hot water for kitchen and shower) stays downstairs and the tank (700 L) diesel stands in the garage. The kettle has so much power, that in future radiators on the groundfloor can be connected.

*All windows in front of the house have roller shutters. All the other windows have sunscreens and/or curtains. All windows on the first floor also have mosquito nets.
